A Mindful Walk In the Woods
Are you looking to unplug and discover a new way to experience life?
Take a walk with me through nature to learn how to quiet your mind
& live with more ease through mindfulness, meditation and yoga!
- No experience in hiking, meditation or yoga required!
- 1.2 mi walk on even & beautiful terrain
- Learn a mindfulness skill, try it out, reflect with the group
- Mid-day break for a mindful snack (snack included)
- We wrap everything up with a short, guided meditation and some gentle yoga!
You will be walking & living mindfully in no time!
Chestnut Ridge Park, Orchard Park NY. XC Ski Inner Loop Trail.
