Are you looking to unplug and discover a new way to experience life?

Take a walk with me through nature to learn how to quiet your mind

& live with more ease through mindfulness, meditation and yoga!

      • No experience in hiking, meditation or yoga required!
      • 1.2 mi walk on even & beautiful terrain
      • Learn a mindfulness skill, try it out, reflect with the group
      • Mid-day break for a mindful snack (snack included)
      • We wrap everything up with a short, guided meditation and some gentle yoga!

You will be walking & living mindfully in no time!

Chestnut Ridge Park, Orchard Park NY. XC Ski Inner Loop Trail.

The entire retreat is $50 per person due at the time of registration via credit card.
