“I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone who is curious about what mindfulness is, if you are already engaged in a meditation practice, or you want a few hours to be one with nature! Each exercise really drove home the point of being mindful and how it can truly impact your days. Truly, an overall positive experience and what’s better than yoga outdoors!!” ~Christine C.

“I found the outdoor experience to be very relaxing and mind clearing. I had a few pains that seemed to go away while on the walk and learned a few things about myself “ ~Tim K.

“With her wise, gentle nature, Nicole guides you on an insightful journey into the inner workings of your own mind in a tranquil, beautiful forest.” ~Kaitlyn R.

“Since this retreat, I have found myself in a few situations where due to circumstances outside of my control…[that] would have caused me a great deal of stress. After this retreat, I am finding that I am much more calm and capable to manage the curves that life has thrown to me! Thank you Nicole!” ~Colleen K.
