Empowering Women

Women Empowering Women In A Changing World!

During times of transition we can all use a little help from our friends. It can be overwhelming trying to cope with aging parents and children’s needs, empty nesting, illness, changes at work or in a relationship – sometimes all at once!

This group is designed to give you support on your path of change. Our goal is for you to grow out of Overwhelmed and into Empowered! We provide an environment where you can just be you, inspired by new ideas and perspectives, validated and encouraged.

We invite you to join us in a safe, comfy place to feel supported, to learn from other women with similar life experiences and to share your own wisdom. We want to keep the conversation flowing so seating is limited!
