My experience and skills cover treating mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression, as well as eating disorders, and the issues around relationships or life stress. In our work together I will use a number of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy; however, I strongly believe that it’s the strength of the relationship you and I create together that generates meaningful change.
