Life can be unpredictable. One day you may think you’re doing fine, getting through the usual struggles, and the next day, life throws you a curve ball that knocks you down. It’s not exactly enjoyable, but it’s a natural thing. And sometimes, we all need a little help getting back up. We need to connect with others and know that our stories are worth listening to. You may feel, as many in our society do, that people should “fight their own battles.”
Well, I’ve been there. It’s like you’re trying your hardest and an invisible hand is holding you back. And it doesn’t mean you’re weak, or stupid, or unworthy of good things—it just means you need some help. Maybe you need to start anew, to explore what’s next.
Maybe you should start by giving me a call. I know it’s scary, and I know you’re taking a risk. You might be wondering if you’re brave enough. Instead of ruminating in anxiety, tell yourself that you are brave enough.
I work with people who suffer from past trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. I can help pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults move through those difficult life transitions that can make a person feel lost. Most importantly I can hear your story. I mean, really hear you. We can work to find the answers together.
I am easy-going, friendly, empathetic, non-judgmental, and I value humor and authenticity. I’m here to encourage you to take the first step to a happier, healthier life by giving me a call.
